Introducing Alysha Gray
Alysha is a graduate of the University of Sydney and has recently joined us at Harbour St.
She has been working as a Physio in the Wollongong and Shoalhaven areas and has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal conditions, particularly sports injury management, prevention and performance enhancement.
Previously Alysha has spent a number of years doing sports coverage through all grades at Sydney University Rugby. She has also been involved with the NSW Institute of Sport and Hockey NSW, travelling with teams competing in the Australian Championships. Having also played hockey at a state level, Alysha is an advocate for fitness and healthy lifestyle. She has personal experience in core stability, strength and sprint training and has run hydrotherapy recovery sessions.
Alysha has worked as a Physio in a surgical ward, and so has worked closely with surgeons in post surgical rehabilitation. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment in order to prevent reoccurrence of problems and to achieve optimal performance in return to sport. Call us to make an appointment with Alysha today.
