Pray for Snow
The Physiotherapists at Harbour St are busy managing the injuries that are arising from the winter contact sports and anticipating a great ski season.
We have been hoping for more snow so everyone can head to the slopes and enjoy the winter fun.
Cat had left us to travel around sunny Europe and Alysha has taken over her position. Alysha is a graduate of Sydney University and has availability early mornings and late evenings, so book in for a treatment. Alysha has a special interest in back and neck conditions and is skilled in post-surgical management.
Pilates is continuing at the Barn with Cath McKay and we are looking into recommencing these classes at the practice. Please register your interest with the receptionists. Remember our services include massage and Simone our therapist can assist with any knots.
We look after all areas of the body and have specialist skills in sports injuries and a special interest in Groin Physiotherapy. Speak to our receptionists Kate, Kerrie and Dani to discuss the best Physiotherapist for your needs.
We concentrate on providing professional, individual and effective management of all your musculoskeletal problems. We emphasise the “hands-on” approach and provide self-management education and advice to prevent recurrence wherever possible. We are skilled in providing individual programmes for rehabilitation of any injuries and performance enhancement in sport.
We would love to see you soon at Harbour St Sports Physiotherapy.
